* Appointments canceled 24 hours prior to the appointment time will be charged 100%

* Allow yourself time to make your appointment. There will be a 15 minute window if you are running behind. You may be charged 100% for missing your appointment.

* Consultations are always complimentary and only done in person. I always encourage my guest to bring in reference photos and examples of desired style.
