Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
Cancellations made past the 24 hour mark will be charged 100%
Please communicate with me the night before if you are not feeling well.

Late & No Shows:
Appointments may be canceled if you are late 15 minutes past the start time. No shows are charged 100%

New Clients:
New clients must book a New Client service and fill out new client form. Appointment includes extensive consultation, haircut, hair treatment or detox, and styling lessons.

Location, Parking, & Accessibility:
- I am located in El Cerrito Plaza in side of Sola Salon
- Please wait in the common area for your appointment time.
- There is a ton of free parking, with lots on both sides of the building next to Petco and Trader Joes.
- Fully Accessible.
- Gender Neutral bathroom available.

Payment Options:
I prefer payment through Zelle or Venmo. Credit cards are required to hold your appointment incase of a no show.

Arriving & Entering the Building:
Please TEXT me at 510-603-4099 to let me know you have arrived and I will let you into the building. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early, and do not be late. Appointments may be canceled and charged 100% after being late more than 15 minutes.

Consultation, Test Strand/Patch Tests:
Consultations are very important and help me learn what you love and dislike about your hair. They are roughly 15-30 minutes long, and being on time is very important so we don’t run out of time to talk. Some consultations require test strands (I take a small piece of your hair to see how it reacts to color), or a patch test to establish any sensitivities to the products I use.
* A patch test involves me applying a small amount of the product in question either behind your ear or armpit. It sits for 24 hours and you report back to me if you had any irritation or reactions. If all is clear, we can move forward with the service! I reserve this for clients who are worried about allergic reactions or for those who may be sensitive to certain ingredients. It is always great to check in with a doctor if you are truly concerned!

Please do not bring extra guests with you to the studio without asking.

Booking for Someone Else:
If you would like to book an appointment for someone else under your name, please leave me a note with the person’s first name and who they are so I know who I am seeing that day
